This is true in terms of keeping a business alive even when this time and age already calls for innovative technology and efficiently designed systems for more improved workflow. Note that, financial reward is but one of the many ways to keep employees working for you. Even when they are well-paid, with a stressful and negative working environment instead of a positive one with strong relationships you will have a tough time keeping your employees.
